We bake organic, sourdough bread in a woodfired, historic Scotch oven. Our bakery café is in the picturesque goldrush town of Trentham in central Victoria, just over an hour from Melbourne.
Our range of certified organic, authentic sourdough breads are handmade with traditional techniques and baked in a huge 19th century oven - a carbon neutral process.
Our licensed café menu features local, seasonal and organic ingredients. Our behind-the-scenes tours and sourdough baking workshops are a must for food and heritage lovers.
RedBeard is open 8am to 5pm daily, including public holidays.
You will find our produce at farmers' markets throughout central Victoria and in Melbourne too - just look for the red beard!
